bClean robots hold clean shovels to pick up neatly arranged products and transfer them to packaging boxes on parallel conveyor lines;
cThe positioning of the packaging box on the conveyor line is stable, and the packaging box must not be damaged or deformed;
dThe entire workstation is arranged in a clean room, which does not pollute the products and does not produce excessive noise;
eThe production capacity of the production line meets the standard, and it is easy to clean and maintain;
This plan mainly adoptsFanuc/ M-20iB_25C（25kg）Six axis industrial robot, the product input line positions the product neatly at the designated blocking mechanism. The industrial robot is responsible for grabbing the product and accurately placing it into the finished box. The product output line releases the full finished box, and personnel only need to place the empty box and remove the full box.
This solution can fully ensure a clean environment for food requirements, with strict control over production pace. At the same time, the application of robots is more flexible and compatible with multiple types of packaging appearances.
