PVC composite pipe production line
PVC composite pipe is a new type of composite drainage pipe. This pipe is a three-layer co extruded composite drainage pipe, with hard PVC inner and outer walls. The pipe has sufficient strength and other physical properties. The middle layer is made of a special formula of PVC, with a relative density of 0.7-0.9g/cm3. The structure of this layer is micro closed pore. This special structure cleverly utilizes the principle of Type I structure in material mechanics. At a microscopic level, the intermediate layer can be observed as a soft colloid, which not only has the advantages of PVC (hollow wall) pipes, but also has the characteristics of sound insulation, thermal insulation, shock resistance, impact resistance, and lightweight and inexpensive solid wall pipes.
