1. Equipment features:

The plastic extrusion wave board unit is composed of a conical twin-screw extruder, corresponding wave board forming machine, traction auxiliary machine, and cutting machine, which can continuously produce UPVC colored weather resistant and flame-retardant plastic wave boards for construction. According to the width and thickness of the wave board produced, SJSZ65 conical twin-screw extruder can be selected to produce narrower boards, or SJSZ80/156 conical twin-screw extruder can be selected to produce wider boards.

This production line has the characteristics of stable plasticizing performance, compact structure, high degree of automation, and easy operation, making it an ideal production equipment for manufacturers.

4. Scope of use of PVC wave tiles

PVC wave tiles are mainly used in high-end factory buildings, steel structure factories, warehouses, agricultural markets, market passages, carports and other high-end roofing materials. They can also be applied to balconies, insulated sheds and other fields with certain insulation requirements

5. Product installation requirements

Please use a fine toothed saw to cut PVC

By using a hand drill or mechanical drill, holes can be drilled. When drilling, there should be support underneath to prevent shaking. The hole diameter should be greater than 50% of the screw diameter. When fixing the screw, a special foot pad should be placed under the tile, and the tightness of the screw cap should be moderate and not too tight.

The roof truss structure adopts steel or wood as purlins, which are required to be flat and not deformed, and the two purlins are parallel to each other with uniform spans.
