I. Overview

The PR P/S V pneumatic V-shaped regulating ball valve consists of two components: a PR light and small angle actuator and a V-shaped ball valve. The PR light and small angular actuator is designed with two pistons in one cylinder, whose thrust is transmitted to the central gear through the rack to form torque, driving the output shaft to rotate; This type of actuator has a compact structure, high output torque, smooth and reliable transmission, and long service life.

The core of the V-shaped ball valve is mostly a hollow sphere, at 90 degrees. A "V" - shaped notch is designed on the sphere within the turning range. When the ball core rotates, the area change of the V-shaped notch is used to adjust the medium flow rate, hence the name "V-shaped ball valve"; Its main characteristics are as follows:

1. The valve body flow channel is unobstructed, and the inherent adjustable ratio is particularly large, R=300。

The V-shaped notch spherical surface forms a shearing action with the valve seat, which can cut off fibers and squeeze out particles, so it has self-cleaning ability and can prevent the core from getting stuck.

3. The valve seat is made of soft plastic and always adheres tightly to the smooth spherical surface. The leakage level when the valve is closed is Class VI.

Due to the above advantages, it is widely used to control turbid media such as pulp and wastewater containing fibers or tiny solid suspensions; It is also used for control systems with particularly large on-site adjustability.
