There are four series and 33 specifications of PPC air box pulse bag dust collectors, with filtration areas ranging from 93m2-4361m2 and processing air volumes from 69003/h-314000m3/h. They are widely used in the building materials, cement, metallurgy, machinery, chemical and refractory materials industries; Dust collection system (or dust removal system) specially used for crushing, drying, coal grinding, powder selection, packaging, warehouse roof, clinker cooling machine, etc. in cement plants; It is also suitable for coal mill dust collection, but anti combustion and explosion-proof measures need to be added, and the structure of the dust collector needs to be correspondingly changed. It can also be used for dust collection of gases with extremely high dust concentration, with a gas dust concentration of up to 1000g/m3 (standard) or more. It does not need to be equipped with a cyclone dust collector for pre dust collection. For cold regions in northern China, this dust collector can also be applied after adding a thermal insulation device.

The PPC air box pulse bag filter is a new type of unit improved on the basis of the FMQD-III (PPC, PPW) type. In order to further improve the FMQD-III (PPC, PPW) pulse bag filter, the original was modified. The modified FMQD-III (PPC, PPW) gas box pulse bag filter retains the high purification efficiency, large gas processing capacity, stable performance, easy operation, long filter bag life, and low maintenance workload of the FMQD-III (PPC, PPW) type. Moreover, structural and pulse valve reforms have been made to solve the problems of outdoor placement and low compressed air pressure. Suitable for mechanical, metallurgical, rubber, flour, chemical, pharmaceutical, carbon, building materials, mining and other units.

The characteristic of PPC air box pulse bag dust collector is to use separate chambers for cleaning alternately, which is called offline cleaning. When a certain room is undergoing dust blowing and cleaning, the filtered airflow is cut off, avoiding the secondary flying of dust generated by dust blowing and cleaning. So the gas box pulse bag filter can capture gases with a dust concentration of up to 1000G/M3 (standard).

1. Dust cleaning electrical control device

The dust cleaning control method generally adopts the timed method, or the fixed resistance method can be used. The so-called fixed resistance method is to control the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter bag, when the differential pressure value of the dust collector reaches the set value (usually 1470 Pa). That is, the differential pressure transmitter sends a signal, and through the electrical control device, the room by room cleaning is carried out according to the established procedure.

2. Functions of electrical control devices

Single chip microcontroller is used for centralized control of multi chamber dust collectors, with two control modes: automatic and manual. When the microcontroller malfunctions or undergoes maintenance, it can be switched to manual control at any time. For ease of debugging and equipment maintenance, on-site control is provided.

3. The wiring design from the dust cleaning electrical control device to the dust collector inlet terminal is the responsibility of the selector, and the wiring terminals can be found in the dust cleaning electrical controller manual. The wiring from the dust collector inlet terminal to each solenoid valve is the responsibility of the manufacturer.
