PM2.5 online monitoring system
The fresh air system in public places such as shopping malls and office buildings ensures air quality. However, sometimes the fresh air system can only ensure the circulation of air, and as outdoor air pollution intensifies, air circulation alone cannot guarantee public health. The large space purification monitoring system launched by Su Jing is combined with the fresh air system to monitor and determine indoor and outdoor air quality through optical sensors. The indoor and outdoor air quality data is transmitted to the server and then controlled by hardware devices to turn on and off the fresh air system.
The benefit of this system is that it reduces the cost of consumables and provides accurate data to determine indoor and outdoor air quality for businesses to target environmental management. For high-end shopping malls and office buildings, data-driven air quality is more conducive to improving regional level and competitiveness. As pollution intensifies and becomes difficult to control in the short term, public attention to health has also increased. Su Jing's large space purification monitoring system has emerged, and multiple projects are currently under construction.
Overview of PM2.5 online monitoring system:
For a multi-point real-time monitoring system, it can monitor the PM2.5 values of various key points in real time and dynamically, in order to determine the degree of environmental pollution. This system has functions such as control, alarm, data query, curve analysis, and permission management. The system includes an online PM2.5 concentration monitor, multi-point monitoring software, alarm system, etc. It adopts decentralized multi-point collection, and multiple measurement areas display, query, and print the measurement data of each point simultaneously. The data is uploaded to the computer through RS232 RS485/TCP/IP for processing in the dataset, achieving 24-hour dynamic real-time monitoring of the changing trend of environmental PM2.5 and completing real-time monitoring of the environment.
This system is applied for real-time online monitoring of air quality inside and outside buildings, in order to effectively reflect the practicality and reliability of the purification air supply system. To better demonstrate the effectiveness of the purification air supply system and increase monitoring of the external air quality near buildings.
Implementation of the plan:
The monitoring parameter of this system is the PM2.5 concentration value. By installing PM2.5 concentration monitoring devices at air outlets or key locations, real-time monitoring of PM2.5 in the environment can be achieved. The monitoring data within the area is centrally converted and transmitted to the main control computer for display and remote control through the factory LAN, enabling 24-hour dynamic real-time monitoring of PM2.5 trends.
The computer is equipped with specialized software and has a vivid interface, enabling centralized control of all monitoring instruments within the area. Simultaneously monitor the operation status of the air conditioning unit purification device, and promptly sound an alarm through software when any abnormalities are detected.
The monitoring sensor adopts the REMOTE-PM PM2.5 concentration monitor (with added outdoor sampling protection accessories), which operates on the principle of light scattering and complies with China's medical and health standards as well as European and American environmental standards. The instrument needs to be returned to the factory for calibration every year. This instrument and implementation method belong to our company's 11 year provincial science and technology development project.

The REMOTE-PM online laser dust concentration tester adopts the principle of light scattering to collect PM 2.5 values. It has fast detection speed, is lightweight and compact, and can be installed in any place, fully complying with relevant national laws, regulations and standards.

Scheme Description:
The system mainly includes Y09-PM PM2.5 particle concentration monitor, LCD display screen, computer, etc.
The monitoring instrument is centrally controlled by a computer and communicates through network cables. Each monitoring device is powered separately. The LCD display screen (or LCD TV) in the lobby is connected to a computer and can centrally display the monitoring data of each monitor.
