Designed an online filter membrane sampler that is compatible with continuous monitoring of dust concentration and filter membrane sampling. It can analyze the composition of collected particles and calculate the mass concentration conversion coefficient K value of the site. Using a laser light source, the conversion coefficient of mass concentration is not affected by the color of particles. Adopting a large screen LCD display of Chinese characters, Chinese character menu prompts have been implemented. Designed a constant current controller to ensure a constant sampling flow rate and correct cutting curve. Equipped with built-in optical standard plates to ensure high stability of the instrument. Equipped with a special protective air curtain, it avoids dust pollution to the core component of the instrument - the optical system, ensuring high reliability of the instrument
By using computer software to automatically adjust the zero point of the instrument, the measurement accuracy of the instrument has been improved, making it convenient for users to use
