The design of nitrogen filled anaerobic oven has durability and high performance. It adopts a high-capacity horizontal air recirculation system to maximize temperature uniformity and performance, making it an ideal industrial baking equipment widely used in the semiconductor and electronics industries.The PI curing oxygen free oven is applied to the special process requirements of PI, BCB, LCP curing baking, photoresist curing, and electronic ceramic material drying. It is suitable for the oxygen free drying baking process requirements of industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, COB packaging, medical and health, flexible circuit board printing, and precision mold annealing.

1. Controllable heating rate, set process curve, one click operation; Assist in cooling to shorten the cooling time and improve production efficiency; It can achieve low oxygen environment and better curing effect.

2. The box adopts one-way horizontal air transportation, with strong pressure air supply in the air ducts on both sides. High density punched air plates are used on both sides of the air ducts to accurately control the angle of the guide plates and ensure temperature uniformity inside the box.

3. High precision temperature controller, PID regulation, control accuracy of 0.1 ℃, programmable touch screen controller, and equipped with automatic power-off and alarm circuit for over temperature, reliable control and safe use.

4. Pressure reducing valve+dual flow meter nitrogen saving system, saving nitrogen consumption in anaerobic and low oxygen environments.

5. Adopting a high-power high-temperature resistant long shaft motor and large-diameter stainless steel turbine blades, it can work stably for a long time in high-temperature environments.

6. The interior of the oven is made of stainless steel structure, and the box is continuously filled with nitrogen to keep the working chamber in a low oxygen and clean state.

7. Powerful application functions, including aging, annealing, testing, curing, drying, solvent, coating and paint curing, pressure relief, etc.

1. Program temperature control: A programmable temperature controller can be configured to achieve multiple sets of program temperature control.
2. Temperature measurement function: multi-point temperature measurement viewing and recording function.
3. Wind door adjustment: It can be equipped with an air volume adjustment device and can also achieve program control of wind door opening and closing.
