I. Overview
The PF-300 portable methane, total hydrocarbon, and non methane total hydrocarbon tester produced by the Italian company POLLUTION uses hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) detection technology that complies with EN13526, EN12619, EPA Method 25A, HJ/T38-2017 standards to measure methane, total hydrocarbons, and non methane total hydrocarbons in gases. It can be widely used for monitoring fixed pollution source flue gas emissions, thermal reactor and combustion device emissions, automobile exhaust emissions, natural gas, and even anesthesia gases in the medical industry. The instrument has passed China CPA certification and EU TUV certification. Participate in on-site testing of local standards in multiple locations. The difference between the total hydrocarbon value measured by the host and the methane value measured by the high-temperature catalytic device is the non methane total hydrocarbon value. Compact and portable: The host is powered by AC and DC for continuous monitoring on site.
Personnel safety: The unique metal hydride technology greatly reduces the size of hydrogen storage tanks, and the built-in host can achieve 30 hours of continuous on-site monitoring.
Convenient transportation.
Fully heated FID: All components in contact with the sample gas are heated to above 200 ℃, including detectors, gas pipelines, and valves, which can eliminate all cold spots and avoid local sample condensation. It is resistant to high temperature and high humidity in the flue field environment.
Compact structure: The host integrates all the key components required for analysis, including the integration of zero gas (hydrocarbon free air) and standard gas into the host, without the need to carry additional high-pressure gas cylinders.

The machine is equipped with a Bluetooth module: it can be connected to mobile phones, tablets, and computers. Through the porsense mobile software or McFID computer software, it can achieve on-site data printing and real-time wireless transmission functions. Users can also view data curve graphs in real time through their mobile phones/tablets/computers, and view historical data. It can also achieve remote real-time monitoring of instrument status and other functions.
Built in standard gas and standard curve (multi range): Standard gas and standard curve suitable for sample concentration range can be quickly selected, and data measurement is accurate. Quantitative ring injection, measuring total hydrocarbons and methane separately for the same sample: ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of non methane total hydrocarbon measurement.
