The PET bottle granulation line adopts traditional relay electrical control, with advanced digital temperature control meter PID regulation for temperature control. The main machine and feeding are interlocked for control. The operation panel has heating disconnection alarm and main and auxiliary machine operation, alarm indication, button operation, etc.
Characteristics of PET bottle pellet production line:
1. Process and clean PET bottle flakes for granulation, with a moisture content within 5%.
2. 3-stage exhaust with Roots vacuum pump, good exhaust effect.
3For twin-screw extruders, it has excellent mixing performance, good self-cleaning type, and flexible modular combination characteristics. The PET bottle granulation equipment does not require a complex pre crystallization drying system, which can achieve ideal PET viscosity control with minimal IV reduction. Adding appropriate additives can increase viscosity.
