250V test substrate: 8 channels/1 power supply, maximum 128 channels 500V test substrate: 1 channel/1 power supply, maximum 64 channels 1000V test substrate: 1 channel/1 power supply, maximum 64 channels 120V test substrate: Each channel can be set with test conditions (loading voltage, current measurement values)

SIR13/SIR13 mini can set the loading voltage and measurement voltage arbitrarily, and there will be no leakage during switching.

SIR13 mini is a small model that can accommodate up to 3 SMU test boards.
