PC400x300Hammer crusherWidely used in metallurgical, mining, chemical, cement, construction, refractory materials, ceramics and other industrial and mining enterprises, engaged in material crushing and fine crushing operations. It is mainly suitable for crushing various soft and hard ores with compressive strength not exceeding 100MPa (megapascal).
PC400x300Hammer crusherTechnical advantages:
PC400x300Hammer crusherIt has the advantages of high production capacity, large crushing ratio, low power consumption, uniform product particle size, simple mechanical structure, compact and lightweight, low investment cost, and convenient management. Its disadvantages are: when crushing hard materials, the wear of the hammer head and grate is large, the metal consumption is high, the maintenance time is long, and uniform feeding is required. The production capacity significantly decreases when crushing sticky and wet materials, and even stops due to blockage. To avoid blockage, the moisture content of the crushed material generally does not exceed 10% -15%.

PC400x300Hammer crusherIt is mainly composed of components such as the casing, rotor, striking iron, and grate. The casing is divided into upper and lower parts, which are welded by cutting steel plates, and the remaining parts are connected together by bolts. The interior of the casing is lined with high manganese steel plates, which can be replaced after wear and tear.
PC400x300Hammer crusherAn array of hammers with regular distribution are installed on the spindle, forming a rotor with the turntable and hammer shaft. The main shaft is driven by a motor and a V-belt, causing the rotor to rotate. The hammer is subjected to the centrifugal force generated during rotation and extends outwards. After entering the crushing chamber through the feeding port, large pieces of material are crushed by the high-speed moving hammer. The qualified crushed materials are discharged through the slotted grate at the bottom, while the unqualified materials are left in the crushing chamber and repeatedly acted upon by hammers and striking iron blocks until they can be discharged.
