1、 Product Overview:
The PC-6C multifunctional three parameter continuous dust concentration detector (PM10, PM2.5, TSP) is used to measure the concentration of dust in the air and the number of dust particles with a unit volume particle size of (0.3-100) μ m in clean environments,The instrument complies with the hygiene standards for industrial enterprises (GBZ1-2002), the exposure limit for harmful factors in the workplace (GBZ2-2002), the Ministry of Health's WS/T206-2001 "Determination of Inhalable Particulate Matter (PM10) in the Air of Public Places - Light Scattering Method" standard, the Ministry of Labor's LD98-1996 "Determination of Dust Concentration in the Air by Light Scattering Method" standard, the Ministry of Railways' TB/T2323-92 "Determination of Relative Mass Concentration and Conversion Method of Mass Concentration of Dust in the Air of Railway Workplaces" standard, and the Ministry of Health's WS394-2012 "Hygiene Specification for Central Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems in Public Places",It is a new generation of intelligent measuring instruments for real-time and rapid measurement of the above items by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, health supervision, environmental monitoring and other departments.
The instrument adopts advanced light scattering principle and uses semiconductor laser as the measurement light source to perform high-sensitivity non-contact measurement of dust in the air. The entire testing process is managed and controlled by a single-chip microprocessor, using a high-resolution large screen high brightness LCD display with real-time and fast display in Chinese. The dust detection instrument is also equipped with environmental temperature and relative temperature testing devices, and has functions of dust concentration testing and dust particle counting.
This instrument has the advantages of small size, easy portability, fast testing speed, high sensitivity, good stability, light weight, simple operation, and dual-use of AC and DC. Suitable for measurement in situations without power supply. It can be widely applied in various public places and fields such as electronics, optics, food, aerospace, etc.
