Start the induction motor without excitation, while the coupling machine rotates

(1) Wiring error, please check the wiring according to the diagram.

(2) VS motor has no load. When no load is applied, driving the motor can gradually accelerate the VS coupling machine

(3) The sensor is blocked by other foreign objects between the sensor and the rotor, or the sensor rubs against the rotor

Connect the negative rod of the electric meter to terminal 9 and the positive rod to terminal 8. When the speed regulating variable resistor is placed in the zero position, the voltage indicated by the electric meter should be zero. Drive the motor to rotate, apply excitation current, but the VS coupling machine does not rotate.

(1) The voltage of terminals ①② is abnormal. (2) The fuse is blown

(3) If there is no output of the speed setting voltage, connect the positive rod of the electric meter to terminal ⑦ and the negative rod to terminal ⑨, then the indication of the electric meter should be around DC10. V

(4) The excitation coil is open or short circuited. Remove the wire breaker JK from the control panel and use an ohmmeter to measure the resistance of the ED coupling machine's magnetic coil, checking for any open or interlayer short circuits.

(5) No DC output voltage. When the speed variable resistor rotates clockwise, the output terminal JK of the control panel should have a DC voltage output of 0-80V.

VS motor speed increases, speed cannot decrease

(1) VS no load or slight load.

(2) The speed generator cannot generate sufficient voltage. At 1500rpm, the voltage between terminals ⑤ and ⑥ should be around AC30.V

(3) VS motor driven by load

The speed of the VS coupling machine is unstable

(1) There is an expired change in the load. Rotate the gain adjustment screw (GAN) counterclockwise to lower the box, but this phenomenon still occurs after the gain is reduced. Please add a set of flywheels on the load side.

(2) The sliding arm of the speed control variable resistor has poor contact. Use an ohmmeter to measure the resistance of terminals ⑨ and ⑧, and rotate the speed control variable resistor. If the pointer reading is unstable, it indicates poor contact.

The speed of VS cannot increase

(1) VS motor overload, measure the excitation current of the VS coupling machine and the line current of the driving motor, and then compare it with the rated current on the nameplate.

(2) The excitation coil of the VS coupling machine is short circuited. Compare the current of the driving motor with the current of the excitation coil.

(3) There is a constraint phenomenon on the load side of the VS motor, so it cannot increase the speed.

The fuse inside the control panel often burns out

(1) Short circuit of thyristor (SCR) or flywheel integral fluid (FD).

(2) Grounding the control panel and using an electric meter to check the insulation between the integrated control panel and wiring and the ground;

(3) The surge absorber (sel) is short circuited, please check with an electric meter; (4) VS coupling machine coil grounding or interlayer short circuit;

Calibration method for control panel characteristics

Do not rotate the drive motor, connect the control panel wiring terminal to the meter when it is OK, and then turn the knob of the variable resistor clockwise to smoothly increase the output voltage. The value isDCO-80VIt means normal

Wiring instructions:

The rated voltage of the control panel is 200V/220V, 50HZ/60HZ. If the line voltage does not match, a transformer needs to be installed. TG and signal lines should use isolated wiring to avoid interference. The wiring of domestically produced electromagnetic speed regulating motors is the same as that of imported VS motors, except that any two of the speed generator lead wires U, V, W of domestically produced electromagnetic speed regulating motors can be connected to the control panel U, V.
