Compared with traditional coal-fired boiler exhaust, the tail gas from garbage incineration has the characteristics of high dust, high moisture, high pollution, and strong corrosion. The tail gas contains HCL HF、SO2Waiting for highly corrosive water-soluble gases has raised higher requirements for the pre-treatment of monitoring systems, analytical instruments, and equipment materials, making traditional online analyzers no longer applicable. Especially in the measurement of components such as HCL, HF, and SO ₂, traditional analytical instruments must be cooled before measurement. These components will dissolve in condensed water, causing losses and increasing measurement errors, rendering the measurement results meaningless. In addition, HCL and HF are soluble in water and have strong corrosiveness to sample pretreatment, making it difficult for the equipment to operate for a long time.

The Continuous Monitoring System (CEMS) for Waste Incineration High Temperature Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Pollution Sources uses a full process high-temperature (180 ℃) heat tracing sampling method to determine the concentration of gaseous pollutants in the flue gas using Fourier infrared method. At the same time, it measures parameters such as particulate matter concentration, temperature, pressure, flow rate, and oxygen content in the flue gas to calculate the emission rate and amount of pollutants in the flue gas; Display and print various parameters, charts, and transmit them to the management department through data and graphic transmission systems, providing an effective technical means for current environmental supervision and enterprise production process control.

Sampling at high temperature throughout the entire process at 2.180 ℃ avoids analysis bias and corrosion of the analysis system caused by water condensation, and does not cause blockage of the analysis system due to the solidification and accumulation of unknown substances with high boiling points;
3. The sampling probe adopts an internal and external blowing method, which has good filtering effect, high back blowing efficiency, and long probe maintenance cycle;
4. The system has stable operation and simple and comprehensive data calibration;
5. The system has automatic power-off protection function, which avoids the corrosion of the system by smoke in case of equipment failure;
6. The interferometer with special structural design can effectively prevent problems such as shear motion and vibration interference caused by lens tilt, and can operate stably in industrial sites.
