Online moisture analyzer FBS-M300
The FBS series infrared moisture meter adopts a grating type infrared moisture meter, which greatly improves its stability compared to six beam and eight light speed. The average testing accuracy can reach around 0.1% -0.5% (depending on the tested material), meeting the production process requirements.
The traditional method for measuring the moisture content in materials is the oven method, which has the disadvantage of requiring a significant amount of operating time. Moreover, the information is severely outdated, so this method cannot be applied to production lines and can only be used in laboratories.ButFBSThe series of infrared moisture meters can quickly and continuously measure on the conveyor belt, and are non-contact with the tested material, achieving online dynamic real-time detection with a reaction time of only 8msReal time control of product moisture content has been achieved.
FBS-300Principle of infrared moisture analyzer:
1. The hydrogen oxygen bond in water molecules absorbs near-infrared light of a specific wavelength (specific measurement band 1.94 μ m). At a specific wavelength, the reflected near-infrared energy is inversely proportional to the near-infrared energy absorbed by water molecules in the material. The moisture content of the tested material is calculated based on the amount of energy loss.
When water molecules are excited by a specific energy band, they become vibrational states, and the hydrogen oxygen bond between two hydrogen atoms bound in the water molecule and one oxygen atom will stretch, contract, or twist in other forms. The energy that can cause water molecules to vibrate covers specific bands throughout the entire electromagnetic spectrum. In different parts of the entire spectrum, some absorption bands are very strong, while others are very weak. In the near-infrared region of the spectrum, this band is particularly strong for water molecules, and the instrument is easier to achieve in terms of emitting, filtering, and receiving energy.
3. Near infrared measurement technology is a non-destructive, non-contact real-time measurement technology.
The FBS-M300 probe is an intelligent device that performs all system measurement and processing functions internally, and directly outputs calibrated measurement values. It can also generate display content on microcomputers and touch computers.

2. Multi channel setting, the same instrument can meet the needs of measuring different types of materials. The FBS series moisture meter has a total of 10 channels, numbered from 1-10. Each channel number represents a set of channel parameters mentioned above. Changing the channel number means selecting different channel parameters to adapt to the needs of measuring different types of materials with the same instrument.
3. It is basically unaffected by external light changes and has automatic temperature compensation. It has good long-term stability and is not affected by external temperature changes.
4. Easy to install, convenient and fast to operate
The installation and debugging of the instrument only takes a few days, and it does not affect normal production during the installation and debugging period. The FBS-300 series moisture meter adopts a predetermined standard, and the calibration work can be completed by correcting the intercept (zero position) on site. The instrument uses a microcontroller for digital operations and simplified touch based operation, which is very suitable for general operators.
