Product Description, Technical Parameters, and Configuration
EVOCs-2000 Atmospheric Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) Online Analyzer is a newly developed online detection device for trace VOCs in the atmosphere by Tianrui Instrument.
The instrument pretreatment system adopts low-temperature adsorption and high-temperature desorption processes, and is equipped with self-developed adsorbents according to the requirements of the US EPA method to achieve concentration pretreatment of trace VOCs.
The backend detector can meet the needs of synchronous monitoring of multiple VOCs, based on the requirements of relevant national pollution detection methods and US environmental protection announcement methods, and according to the properties of 107 VOCs organic compounds in the US EPA TO-14, TO-15, and PAMS methods. Tianrui Instrument has independently developed multiple detectors such as FID, GC-MS, ECD, FPD, etc., to meet the requirements of online monitoring and achieve high-precision pollutant concentration analysis.

Performance Characteristics
(1) Use standard requirements for multi chromatographic switching mode
It can detect a wider range of small and large molecule VOCs, and automatically switch to appropriate detectors according to the type of VOCs. Among them, C2-C5 hydrocarbons are detected by FID, C6-C12 hydrocarbons are detected by GC-MS or ECD, and sulfide sampling is detected by FPD.
(2) Can simultaneously monitor 107 types of VOCs
Flexibly use different detectors and multi column chromatography methods, and adjust the adsorbent formula to fully analyze organic compounds in PAMS and TO-15/TO-14, covering C2-C12 hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, and oxygen-containing VOCs.
(3) Accurate analysis of sulfide concentration
Choosing an FPD detector that only responds to sulfur compounds can avoid interference from other substances.
(4) The analysis accuracy of C2 substance is high
The pre concentration device of the system has the ability to adsorb at low temperatures below -30 ℃, and the analysis accuracy of C2 substance can meet the standard requirements. The data quantification is reliable.
(5) High monitoring sensitivity
With good and stable adsorption and desorption performance, coupled with laboratory level detectors, the optimal detection sensitivity can reach below 1pppb, and sulfide can reach below 0.5ppb.
(6) Using Ding switching device, consistent with international monitoring standards
The use of Ding switching to switch low-carbon and high carbon substances to suitable adsorption columns avoids the interference and errors in low-carbon monitoring and analysis caused by traditional sample splitting methods.
