Introduction

The design of the online real-time monitoring device for lubricating oil water content adopts a scheme of single point acquisition/single point transmission/centralized display control, which can monitor each oil source and trigger an alarm when the oil tank water content exceeds the limit in a single monitoring unit. The 485 communication transmission of a single monitoring device to the upper computer can achieve multi-point decentralized monitoring, remote, and centralized control functions. Oil leakage monitoring uses leakage sensors to conduct real-time online monitoring of the monitoring area. When a leakage occurs, the monitoring room sends out an alarm message.

Leakage sensor

The leakage sensor is installed on the ground to be monitored through a fixed valve block. When oil or water leaks onto the ground, the sensor emits an alarm message.

The system adopts the communication method of MODBUS serial bus, which realizes communication with three moisture sensors and leakage sensors of three oil sources through one bus. The sensors are installed on the oil source site, the PLC controller is placed in the oil source room, the monitoring screen is installed in the monitoring center, and the alarm light is installed in the monitoring center to achieve light alarm. Shielded cables are used for data transmission and alarm control between the monitoring center and the oil source room
The monitoring screen adopts a PLC integrated machine, which integrates the display screen, power module, relay module, and alarm into one with a chassis, and is placed in the monitoring center.

The sensor and instrument of the online monitoring and analysis device are designed to be separated and displayed on a LCD screen with touch buttons. The displayed information includes temperature and moisture content. It has control and upper and lower limit alarms. Real time data display, transmission, and control functions. The RS-485 digital signal output interface can be used to connect peripheral data processing systems such as upper computers.
