
On site analysis room/structural explosion-proof analysis cabin is a combination, complete set, installation and application of industrial online analysis instruments (one or more), equipped with power supply, wiring, ventilation, lighting circuits, and basic facilities such as carrier gas, standard gas, driving gas, control panel required for analysis instruments. Used for continuous and automatic on-site measurement, analysis, and control of material composition and content in the production process. It can meet the special environmental conditions required for the complete system of online analytical instruments, such as temperature, humidity, dust and explosion prevention, providing great convenience for the on-site installation, operation and maintenance of online analytical instruments. It can be widely used in hazardous areas with flammable gases in industries such as petroleum, refining, metallurgy, light industry, pharmaceuticals, and biochemistry.

The analysis room/analysis cabin adopts internal and external steel structures, and the analysis instruments and control units are assembled inside the cabin. Sample pretreatment, carrier gas, standard gas, and driving gas are installed outside the cabin. The sampling probe and pre pressure reducing station are installed nearby the process pipeline. The cabin is equipped with explosion-proof air conditioning, explosion-proof electric heating or steam heating equipment, which can adjust the indoor temperature. The power distribution system is a pipeline system, equipped with explosion-proof distribution boxes and explosion-proof junction boxes. The lighting system adopts explosion-proof fluorescent lamps and is equipped with explosion-proof emergency fluorescent lamps. The cabin is also equipped with ventilation, air exchange, and filtration devices, which can provide timed ventilation and air exchange to maintain fresh indoor air. The cabin is also equipped with an alarm interlock panel (including gas sensors and controllers) and an alarm siren. When there is a combustible/toxic gas leak, the alarm siren will sound an alarm to protect personal safety.
