Functional principle:
The work of sensors is based on the principle of optical triangulation.
Semiconductor laser① The emitted light forms an XZ plane light curtain through lens ② and forms a contour line on the measured object ⑥. Lens ③ collects the reflected light from the measured object and projects it onto a two-dimensional CMOS array ④. The target object profile formed in this way is analyzed and processed by signal processor ⑤ to obtain the 2D contour line of the measured object. The length of the contour line is measured by the X-axis, and the height of the contour line is measured by the Z-axis. If a Y-axis of motion perpendicular to the XZ plane is extended on this basis, a 3D image of the object surface can be obtained.
