Product Introduction
portableOil monitoring system
1、 Introduction
Oil monitoring systemMiniLab 143EL can perform comprehensive analysis of engine and lubricant conditions. The system consists of five modules for element analysis, oil state analysis, viscosity, fuel dilution, and determination of total ferromagnetic particles. It is mainly used in the fields of racing, aerospace, and internal combustion locomotives.
2、 System composition
(1) Element analysis module
The 120C oil spectral analyzer is used for elemental analysis, which can be equipped with 24 elemental analyses as standard.
Can quickly locate the location, degree, and trend of wear;
Can quickly screen for pollutant sources and pollution levels;
Quantitative analysis of oil aging and additive loss
(2) Oil state analysis
Perform oil status analysis using the FluidScan-Q1000 portable oil status monitor, which can monitor moisture, soot, ethylene glycol, and other parameters TAN、 Analysis and detection of oxidation degree, nitrification degree, sulfurization degree, additive consumption (ZDDP), total acid esters (TAN) of natural gas engines and lubricating oils.
(3) Viscosity
A portable kinematic viscometer can be used to detect and analyze kinematic viscosity at 40 ℃ (actual detection result) and kinematic viscosity at 100 ℃ (calculated result).
(4) Fuel dilution
The FDM6000 fuel sniffer can be used in laboratories or on-site to quickly and accurately measure the fuel content in lubricating oil. Its detection speed is fast, only 1 minute, and it can store three calibration curves simultaneously.
(5) Total amount of ferromagnetic particles
Use a portable iron analyzer FerroCheck2000 to measure the total amount of ferromagnetic particles.
3、 System software
This system is paired with MiniLab software, which is a powerful and easy-to-use software suite consisting of two components:MiniLab Device Console (MDC) and MiniLab LIMS software.
The MiniLab device console is installed on the local computer and has the following functions:
1. Number the input oil sample or asset;
2. Instrument operation;
3. Data collection;
4. Automatically transmit data to the LIMS system.
MiniLab LIMS software is a browser based tool that can be installed on a local computer, local network, or hosted on a cloud server. It mainly has the following functions:
1. Fixed asset management;
2. Alarm line setting and alarm management;
3. Customize analysis reports and provide multi parameter trend charts;
4. Email notification;
5. Support the management of multiple MiniLab EL series analyzers in different locations within the enterprise.
