LZQ-50AThe oil and gas separation metering pry is designed to meet the needs of single well metering. It adopts spiral separation technology in the separation system, which increases the internal volume, buffers the changes in gas volume, and increases the residence time of the medium flowing through the equipment, enabling more thorough separation of gas and liquid.
LZQThe series of oil and gas separation metering pry adopts advanced spiral separation technology to separate gas and liquid, and uses Coriolis mass flowmeter to accurately measure the liquid phase. Due to its high accuracy, wide range, maintenance free, and strong flow characteristics, as well as being largely unaffected by fluid properties such as density and viscosity, Coriolis mass flow meters are particularly suitable for complex operating conditions in oil fields, such as complex flow patterns, large flow rate changes, and high water content variations.
LZQThe series of oil and gas separation metering pry can display engineering quantities such as cumulative flow rate, instantaneous flow rate, and density of liquid phase during measurement, and can calculate water content ratio and oil production under suitable working conditions. Its measurement accuracy fully meets the requirements of single well oil, gas, and water metering accuracy specified in the national standard "Design Specification for Oilfield Oil and Gas Gathering and Transportation (GB50350-2015)". By adopting online measurement technology, it has improved the current process technology for multiphase flow and mixed phase transportation metering of oil well produced liquid in China.

After separation, the fluid is separated into two states: gas phase and liquid phase. The gas phase can be measured by a gas flow meter, while the liquid phase is measured by a mass flow meter. And the mass flow meter, with its special principle, can calculate the amount of pure water and pure oil flowing through by inputting the density of pure water and pure oil on site, achieving the single quantity function of oil production in the oil well.
In addition, the device can be analyzed and processed by a computer and specialized software (purchased separately) to automatically generate instantaneous parameter curves for liquid, gas, water (oil), production daily reports, etc. It can also achieve remote monitoring of measurement parameters according to user needs.
