Non standard high-temperature crushing unitprinciple
This series of crushers has two hoppers at the top, upper and lower. When the material is added to the upper hopper and the baffle at the bottom of the upper hopper is opened, the material flows through the middle hole of the fixed plate from the lower hopper and enters the crusher chamber. Due to the high-speed relative operation of the movable disk and the fixed disk, and their staggered gear rings in several layers, the material is crushed during their relative motion. The crushed material is filtered through a machine sieve, with the finer ones passing through the sieve holes and flowing out through the outlet on the base, while the coarser ones remain in the machine cavity for further crushing. This cycle completes the crushing process of the material.
This machine consists of a feeding mechanism and a crushing mechanism. The structure is simple, easy to clean, and all parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel, which can resist acid and alkali erosion, has low noise, good effect, and low energy consumption. The crushing blade can be replaced on all four sides, and the ideal effect can be obtained by replacing the sieve according to the different properties and thickness of the material
Non standard high-temperature crushing unitcharacteristic
This series of high-speed stainless steel crushers are integral. The structure is sturdy and runs smoothly. The all stainless steel crusher is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti, which has good corrosion resistance and can ensure the purity of the crushed materials. The equipment is mainly composed of the bottom, casing, spindle, movable disc, fixed disc, screen, material cart and other main components. The movable disc is fixed on the spindle, and the fixed disc is installed on the front cover. After the motor is started, the movable disc rotates at high speed along with the spindle. Special pneumatic sealing device and bearing cooling device effectively extend the service life of the transmission part:
