KDN-04 Well type Digestive Furnace

The use of a well type electric furnace core for heating has improved the digestion heat effect. When digesting the sample, weigh the sample (usually less than 1 gram), add concentrated sulfuric acid and catalyst (adding catalyst can accelerate the digestion process and shorten the digestion time). Harmful gases such as CO2 and SO2 that escape during the digestion process are discharged into the sewer through a negative pressure generated by the nitrogen analyzer through a drainage pipe and a three-way drainage system, effectively suppressing the escape of harmful gases. The installation of toxic gas fume hoods in the laboratory is omitted; The entire digestion process of the sample can be completed in about 45 minutes.
