Recently, our company developed an unmanned weighing system for ID card swiping, which has been applied in the key Longtan base in Xinmin, Ningxia. The unmanned weighing system has become increasingly mature in technology and has been divided into multiple weighing modes, including vehicle recognition+IC card unmanned weighing, vehicle recognition+RFID unmanned weighing system, IC card and RFID combined unmanned weighing system, and ID card swiping unmanned weighing system. Different modes adapt to different application scenarios.

After the driver arrives, he/she swipes his/her ID card and issues a card for weighing

After unloading is completed, the driver swipes their card or QR code to return the skin and prints the weight list before leaving the site.

Replacing IC cards with ID card swiping reduces the process of issuing and receiving cards, and improves efficiency.

The advancement of technology and the popularization of the Internet of Things have enabled artificial intelligence to penetrate into various industries. The input and recognition of ID card information have achieved the entire automated process of unmanned weighing.
