3、 Installation and Debugging
1. Installation:
a. Prepare the foundation according to the equipment foundation diagram provided by the manufacturer. b. Place the equipment on the prepared equipment foundation, and then weld the equipment to the pre embedded iron on the foundation surface. c. Before testing, pay attention to the rotation direction of the machine, and ensure that the cylinder and spindle rotate in the same direction.

4 Operating procedures and precautions
Before starting the machine, first check whether the bolts are loose, and whether the roller, idler, small gear, and large gear ring are coated with butter.
2. Check for any debris or materials inside and clean them up in a timely manner.
3. Check if there are any foreign objects or excessive adhesive materials wrapped around the internal mixing and granulation teeth, and clean them in a timely manner.
4. After starting the machine, it is necessary to feed the material evenly, and it cannot be too large or too small, which will affect granulation and damage the service life of the motor.
During the granulation process of this machine, it is necessary to control the material thickness, material ratio, material viscosity, and material moisture content. In addition, the moisture content of the material is directly proportional to the particle size.
At the end of work, it is necessary to discharge the materials inside the machine completely to prevent clumps from sticking to the inside of the machine.
5、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. Regularly check whether the bolts in various parts of the equipment are loose.
2. Regularly check whether there is oil in the rotating and rolling parts of the equipment.
3. Replace the gearbox with new oil every six months.
4. Regularly check whether there is any material adhering to the inner wall of the cylinder and the adhesive material at the front end of the mixing teeth, and handle it in a timely manner.
5. Regularly check the distance between the cylinder and the mixing teeth, which should be between 3mm and 6mm.
6. The distance between the cylinder and the stirring teeth is too large to form particles. It is necessary to adjust the stirring tooth head at the front end of the stirring teeth in a timely manner. If the stirring tooth head is severely worn, it should be replaced with a new one in a timely manner.
