Product Introduction
Changfa's newly developed National IV power diesel engine is an ideal matching power for small and medium-sized non road machinery. The power coverage ranges from 15 horsepower to 300 horsepower, and all key components have been upgraded, resulting in a significant increase in service life compared to National III standards. The installation interface is consistent with the products on the national three platform, making it easy for customers to upgrade and replace.
Powerful, efficient, and environmentally friendly
1. Good power performance, torque reserve coefficient of 30% -37%, economy and adaptability, with a minimum fuel consumption rate of 195g/kW. h for external characteristics.
2. Electric controlled VP pump/electric controlled common rail is used below 37kW, without post-treatment; 37kW~129kW adopts the EGR+DOC+DPF technology route, and 129kW~220kW adopts the DOC+DPF+SCR technology route.
3. Optimizing the structure and operating conditions of engineering machinery, generator sets, and agricultural equipment products, two-stage fuel filtration thoroughly eliminates moisture and impurities in the fuel, significantly reducing the failure rate of the fuel system.
4. Adopting an internally cooled oil passage piston and a new type of combustion chamber, combustion is more complete and fuel consumption is lower.
High configuration and good reliability
1. High speed constant power, low speed constant torque, good acceleration. The maximum power of the product is 300PS, the maximum torque reaches 1200Nm, the maximum torque speed coverage is wide, and the torque reserve coefficient is large.
2. Adopting BOSCH non road dedicated common rail system, reliable working temperature, precise control of fuel injection, smoother operation, and better reliability.
3. Multi wedge belt, dual balance shaft/silicone oil shock absorber design, excellent NVH performance, lower vibration and noise, modular design, more compact engine external structure.
4. Adapting to various work environments, with low maintenance costs, in line with China's national conditions, the torque reserve coefficient reaches 37%, meeting the requirements of multiple working conditions.
5. 2000 hours of bench reliability test with no faults, 15000 hours of service life, and longer maintenance cycle.
Low fuel consumption and low emissions
1. The National IV turbocharged intercooled model adopts Bosch electronic control high-pressure common rail system, which flexibly controls the fuel injection pressure and achieves multiple injections; The optimized shallow pot combustion chamber effectively improves the performance of the diesel engine and reduces emissions.
