N2NNetworked Soil Moisture Monitoring System

N2NThe abbreviation is Network to Network, which means that the data collector is aimed at SDI-12 type sensors and can be combined into large-scale network sensor layouts. The number of sensors ranges from 30 to several hundred, and can be flexibly combined at will. The N2N large-scale soil moisture and water potential monitoring system consists of a data collector, soil moisture sensors, and data download and browsing analysis software, which can be placed in the field for a long time to automatically monitor soil moisture.

Real time, continuous, and in-situ monitoring of changes in soil moisture, temperature, and water potential is the fundamental research equipment for soil hydrodynamics. Widely used in fields such as agricultural evapotranspiration, crop water consumption, forest hydrology, wetland hydrology, grassland ecology, soil erosion, environmental pollution, and water cycle research.
