1、 Structure and working principle:
The mushroom shaped microporous aerator is mainly composed of aeration membrane, support tray, spiral cover, threaded nozzle and other components. Simply put the rubber membrane on the support tray and tighten it with the spiral cover. During installation, install the support tray (with a G3/4 "internal threaded air duct in the center) onto the threaded joint at the top of the air distribution pipeline. When the spherical cap shaped microporous aerator is in operation, the air distribution pipe on the air enters the aeration membrane through the supporting support airway. Under the action of air pressure, the diaphragm slightly bulges and the pores open, producing microbubbles with a diameter of less than 3mm in water. Stop the gas supply. Due to the gradual decrease in pressure between the diaphragm and the tray, as well as the rebound effect of water pressure and the diaphragm itself, the holes gradually close and the diaphragm is compressed onto the supporting tray.
2、 Main features:
Good anti blocking and anti backflow properties. The aerator is shaped like a spherical crown, and even if the water quality in the aeration tank is complex, it still operates intermittently, making its surface less prone to mud accumulation. The membrane punching technology is unique and advanced, with a slanted incision type. Additionally, a special sealing ring is installed at the center of the top to more effectively prevent water backflow.
The membrane has strong tear resistance. The rubber diaphragm is in the shape of a spherical cap, with evenly distributed force when the holes are opened during operation, reduced fatigue deformation, good resilience, and is not easily torn, resulting in a long service life.
Uniform gas distribution, energy-saving and efficient. The working surface area of the spherical aerator is relatively larger than that of the flat plate, with small bubbles, uniform gas distribution, high oxygenation efficiency, and good treatment effect. Especially when working at low gas levels, this characteristic can still be utilized, making operation and management convenient.
Resistant to aging and corrosion. The spherical aeration membrane is made of high-quality rubber, and the supporting tray and threaded nozzle are all made of engineering plastic. These materials have excellent physical and mechanical properties. Excellent aging resistance, as well as resistance to chemical corrosion such as acid, alkali, and chemicals.
Low resistance loss. Due to the unique anti blocking and waterproof backflow performance of the aerator, the check valve attached to the flat microporous aerator is eliminated, thereby reducing the resistance of the aerator. Saved energy consumption.
