Multi way valve for universal metering in oil fields
Application scope
Applied to oilfield surface construction projects and automated measurement of oil wells. Can replace existing metering manifolds and electric three-way valve groups. The supporting control system can achieve remote automatic well pouring and automatic measurement, on-site automatic well pouring and automatic measurement, and manual well pouring can also be achieved through manual devices.
Figure 1 is a universal metering process diagram for multi way valves.
Structural principle
It mainly consists of a valve body, a valve cover, a valve core component, and a connecting frame. There are several oil well inlet ports, one manifold outlet, and one metering outlet on the valve body. The side port of the valve core is connected to the selected oil well inlet, and the lower port is connected to the metering port. The unmeasured ports are connected to the outlet of the manifold. See Figure 2.

2.3 Product appearance structure and pry application
Figure 5 shows the splitter metering multi way valve, and Figure 6 shows the assembly diagram of the combination of the splitter metering multi way valve and the oil well metering multi way valve.
