2B Ozone Analyzer from the United StatesProduct Introduction
Model 106-L, 106-M, and 106-H ozone detectors, where L, M, and H represent low (0-100ppm), medium (0-1000ppm), and high (0-20wt%) ozone concentrations, respectively. The instrument has different optical path lengths for large-scale ozone concentration detection, covering up to 8 orders of magnitude. In addition, the Model 106-H is designed with a flow channel that can withstand pressures up to 50psi and work in conjunction with an ozone generator for online measurement. The three models L, M, and H all have standard desktop or wall mounted enclosures. The Model 106 series is designed as an "ozone detector on a circuit board" because almost all components are directly mounted on the printed circuit board. Therefore, the Model 106 shell less model can be directly purchased for OEM applications.
Technical parameters of 2B ozone analyzer in the United States:
The Model 106L Ozone Analyzer is designed to measure ozone concentration in the atmosphere
Measure the ozone content from a lower limit of 1.5 ppb to 100 ppmv within a large dynamic range
Three speed range: 0-1, 1-10, 10-100ppm, automatic shifting.
It uses UV absorption technology based on 254nm.
Accuracy: 1.5 ppbv or 2%, whichever is higher.
Degree: 1.5 ppbv or 2%, whichever is greater.
Size: 10.1 × 18.8 × 21.6cm.
Weight: 1.9Kg
Power requirements: 11-14 V DC, typically with a current of about 300mA at 12V and a power consumption of about 3.6W
For industrial ozone applications, 2B Tech offers the Model 106-L, 106-M and 106-H Ozone Monitors, where L, M and H refer to Low (0-100 ppm), Medium (0-1000 ppm) and High (0-20 wt%) ozone concentrations, respectively. These instruments have different optical path lengths in order to accommodate this extremely wide range of ozone concentrations, spanning more than eight orders of magnitude. Additionally, the Model 106-H was designed with a flow through path that can be pressurized to up to 50 psi for in-line measurements with ozone generators. All three models are available in either a standard enclosure or NEMA enclosure.
The Model 106 series was designed as an 'ozone monitor on a board' in which nearly all fo the components are mounted directly to the printed circuit board. Thus, the Model 106 may be purchased without the enclosure for OEM applications. See: Model OEM-106.
