1、 Composition of movable vertical reactor:
This equipment consists of kettle cover (head), kettle body (cylinder) jacket or coil (heating, cooling cycle), agitator (anchor, paddle, turbine, etc.), transmission device (motor reducer), shaft seal device (mechanical seal), insulation medium, support (legs, platform) and other components. Mobile vertical reaction vessels are often made of carbon manganese steel, stainless steel, nickel based alloys, and other composite materials. The contact part between the cylinder and the material is mostly made of imported SUS304/316L high-grade stainless steel material. The inner cylinder wall is mechanically polished or electrolytic mirror polished, and the outer cylinder wall is insulated with 304 fully welded structure. The outer surface is treated with mirror or matte finish; The external connection port of the cylinder adopts a sanitary quick open joint, which is safe and hygienic without dead corners.
2、 Structural features of movable vertical reactor:
1. The device has superior structural design and performance. Supported by the platform, the upper and lower structural construction keeps the kettle away from the ground, occupying a small area and reducing the friction damage rate. The jacket form is divided into jacket type and outer half tube type. The jacket oil heating type is equipped with a reverse flow device. The optimized design of the electric heating device enables fast heating and cooling speed, uniform and efficient heating, low energy consumption, and high safety performance;
2. The sealing of the kettle shaft adopts a special sanitary mechanical seal design to ensure that the materials are not contaminated;
3. The kettle body is equipped with a frequency conversion adjustment device, and the stirring speed is mostly controlled by frequency conversion, with a large adjustment range. In addition, it is equipped with temperature display or control, which is convenient and fast;
4. Capable of withstanding high temperature sterilization and disinfection at 120 ℃; High operating pressure, often caused by chemical reactions or temperature increases, with significant pressure fluctuations, equipped with sanitary pressure gauges;
5. Vertical reaction vessels can use heating methods such as steam heating, electric heating, and thermal oil to meet the process requirements of different working environments.
