The pasteurized milk production line uses fresh milk (which is very suitable for the production of small specialty dairy products such as goat milk and camel milk) as raw material. After purification, standardization, homogenization, pasteurization, and cooling, it is directly supplied as liquid milk for disinfectors to drink. The nutrition of pasteurized milk is better than that of sterilized milk (also known as long-term preservation milk) because the temperature of pasteurization is much lower than that of ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization. The shelf life of pasteurized milk is about 15 days, some are only 7 days, and it also needs cold chain storage and transportation.
The production process of pasteurized milk: raw materials - filtration - preheating - homogenization - sterilization - cooling - low-temperature storage - filling
Supporting equipment: refrigeration tank - dual filter - preheating tank - homogenizer - pasteurization tank - pre cooling tank - low-temperature storage tank - canned
The collected milk first needs to be stored in a refrigeration tank, with dual filters filtering out impurities in the milk. The preheating tank heats the milk, homogenizes it with a homogenizer, and then uses a sterilization tank for sterilization. The sterilization temperature can be adjusted by oneself, and the temperature for cooling after sterilization can also be set by oneself. Milk is a natural beverage, and complete milk processing requires processing such as filtration, preheating, homogenization, pre cooling, and refrigeration.
The production and processing process of the entire equipment meets the requirements of food hygiene, and the parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel 304 or 316L materials. It can be installed on-site and receive technical training, implementing a turnkey project.
