The conveyor belt is an important component in the transmission system of microwave equipment. As microwaves generate heat, the conveyor belt on microwave equipment must be resistant to high temperatures. The conveyor belts used in general microwave equipment are divided into cloth conveyor belts, mesh conveyor belts, and chain plate conveyor belts, all of which have characteristics such as high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.

Cloth conveyor belts and mesh conveyor belts are made of glass fiber woven fabric as the base material, soaked and coated with macromolecular anti lotion, thus having good alkali resistance, flexibility and tensile resistance.

The chain plate conveyor belt is made of polytetrafluoroethylene as the substrate. It is well known that polytetrafluoroethylene is an artificially synthesized polymer material that uses fluorine to replace all hydrogen atoms in polyethylene. This material has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, resistance to various organic solvents, and is almost insoluble in all solvents. Therefore, the chain plate conveyor belt has characteristics such as high and low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high lubrication, and no toxicity.
