Main purpose:
Suitable for rapid quenching, annealing, tempering and other heat treatments of small metal workpieces

*Rapid heating: Small materials can reach up to 1000 ℃/min at the fastest; No preheating required, saving energy, reducing labor intensity, and shortening working time
*Rapid quenching: Integrated design of heating system and quenching system, equipped with a quick flipping device; After rapid heating, the material does not need to be taken
Transfer or exit, directly enter water (oil) for quenching and annealing; And it ensures that the supersaturated solid solution is fixed without decomposition, preventing the precipitation of strengthening phases and reducing the mechanical properties after quenching and aging.
*Long service life: Magnetron microwave heating avoids and solves the problem of traditional heating elements such as heating wires, silicon carbon rods, and silicon molybdenum rods being easily damaged, and also avoids the time caused by heating element damage
