Microcomputer controlled torsion testing machine series
Microcomputer controlled torsion testing machine series
Product details
Main features and applications of microcomputer controlled torsion testing machine:
The loading of this machine is controlled by a computer-controlled Japanese imported AC servo control system. The active chuck is rotated and loaded through an AC servo motor and a cycloidal pinwheel reducer. High precision torque sensors and photoelectric encoders are used for torque and torsion angle detection. The computer dynamically displays the test torsion angle torque curve, loading rate, peak test force, etc. The detection method complies with the requirements of GB10128-88 Metal Room Temperature Torsion Test Method. This testing machine is mainly used for torsion testing of metal or non-metal materials, as well as for torsion testing of components or parts. It is an essential testing instrument for determining the torsional performance of materials in the aerospace, building materials industry, transportation, scientific research departments, various colleges and universities, and mechanical laboratories of industrial and mining enterprises.
Loading method:Using imported AC servo motors and drivers, torque can be applied in both forward and reverse directions;
Detection of torque and torsion angle:Using high-precision symmetrical torque sensors, the detection of torsion angle adopts high-precision LEC type photoelectric encoders.
OperationIt has two modes of operation: manual operation (with forward and reverse manual operation buttons) and computer operation;
Based on the dedicated measurement and control software on the WINDOWS platform, the mechanical performance indicators of the test material are analyzed and calculated using human-computer interaction. The test data is automatically processed, and the test curve is dynamically displayed. The test results can be stored, printed, or manually intervened to improve the accuracy of the analysis process.
