Main purpose:

Mainly used for testing the locking performance of self-locking nuts, it can meet the requirements of the self-locking nut locking performance test method in GB943-88 "Technical Conditions for self-locking Nuts", and also comply with GB/T3098.9-2002 HB5643-87/HB7596-98 "Test Requirements and Methods for self-locking Nuts".

It can also be used for torsion testing of metal materials. Suitable for testing the performance of self-locking nuts in factories, mines, research institutes, military aerospace and other departments.
1. Host

Adopting a horizontal structure and a precision planetary gear reducer, the moving end clamp is moved axially using a rolling linear guide rail to minimize axial movement friction.

2. Loading method

Adopting fully digital AC servo motors and drivers to ensure stable, uniform, and impact free loading speed.

3. Detection of torque and rotation angle

Adopting high-precision symmetrical torque sensors to eliminate the influence of forward and reverse rotation on the accuracy of test results; The detection of corners adopts high-precision photoelectric encoders.

4. Operation and display:

There are two methods: manual adjustment and computer operation

4.1 Computer operation and display section:

Based on the WinXP Chinese operating platform, computer screen display and human-machine dialogue mode. The screen displays the test torque, rotation angle, test speed, test torque rotation angle curve, torque time curve, rotation angle time curve, and the working status of the testing machine. Equipped with artificial intelligence programming function, you can set the testing method according to your own preferences.

4.2 Manual adjustment section:

Equipped with manual adjustment buttons for forward and reverse rotation, used for specimen clamping and adjustment before the start of the experiment.
Main technical indicators:
1. Accurate torque measurement range: 2-100Nm

2. Torque resolution: ± 1/300000

3. Minimum reading value of corner: 0.01 circle

4. Relative error of torque indication: Within the measurement range, it is ≤± 1% (in both forward and reverse directions)

5. Relative error of torque indication repeatability: ≤ 1% within the measurement range

6. Loading speed of testing machine: 0.003r/min to 30r/min

7. Distance between two clamps: 0-250mm

8. Coaxiality error between two clamps: ≤Φ 0.10mm

9. When the testing machine exceeds 5% to 10% of the rated torque, it will automatically shut down (or can be set by oneself)Equipped with safety protection against overvoltage, overcurrent, overspeed, overload, etc
