Product details

The microcomputer controlled bolt tension and torsion testing machine mainly detects high-strength bolt connection pairs, and can detect the axial force and torque (or torque coefficient) of large hexagonal high-strength bolt connection pairs (M8-M30). The equipment is automatically loaded by a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, with a linear guide rail and a fully Chinese operating interface. The high-strength bolts are automatically tightened, relaxed, and reset controlled by a microcomputer, and the operation process is intelligently prompted, making the operation convenient and fast. When the axial force reaches the standard setting value, the detector will automatically record the detection data, calculate the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation of the sample through the computer, and display the output torque coefficient, axial force curve, torque curve, etc. It also has functions such as parameter setting, calibration, data report printing and output, and query.

The host adopts a horizontal structure, and the main structure adopts a frame structure to ensure the rigidity of the whole machine. The fixture adopts a high-quality alloy structure, and the main transmission shaft is quenched with alloy structural steel to ensure its service life. Different fixtures can be replaced according to different specimens. The installation and disassembly of the test piece are convenient and fast. The product reference image is as follows:
The drive system is driven by a well-known domestic brand motor. The characteristics of wide speed adjustment range, uniform and stable loading, and accurate control.
The transmission system adopts a planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer to ensure uniform, stable and accurate transmission. Manually adjust horizontally (with two clamps) within the spatial range. The axial moving part adopts a linear guide pair to eliminate the frictional force generated during bolt loading.
The measurement display system uses a load sensor to collect the axial load P of the test bolt, and a high-precision non-contact torque sensor to collect the torque T of the specimen. The computer screen displays the torque T, axial load F, and torque T-axial load F curve of the specimen.
