Introduction to Metallographic Microscope DMI50
The metallographic microscope DMI50 is a built-in camera that can be connected to a computer via a USB interface to observe real-time dynamic images in computer video, and edit, save, and print the required images. It is mainly suitable for the research and analysis of the microstructure, casting quality, and phase structure of various metals and alloy materials after heat treatment. It is an essential instrument for metallurgical research. Due to the inverted observation surface of the sample, it is not limited by height, and only one observation surface is flat when preparing the sample. Therefore, factories, laboratories, research institutions, and universities are commonly used for teaching. Other industries such as electrical products, thin films, and coatings use cold inlaid materials to make samples that are directly inverted on the workbench, and transparent materials can also be easily observed.
Professional quantitative metallographic image analysis system, capable of real-time research and analysis of metallographic spectra, such as grain size measurement and grading; Measurement and rating of non-metallic inclusions; Measurement and rating of pearlite and ferrite content; Rating of graphite spheroidization rate of ductile iron; Analysis and statistics of decarburization layer, carburization layer measurement, surface coating thickness measurement, etc. This includes functions such as image acquisition, storage and display, image enhancement, image segmentation and morphological processing, geometric parameter measurement, image scratch processing, annotation, stitching, depth of field overlay, photo fixed magnification printing, report design, etc.
