The metallographic image analysis system (software) integrates advanced image analysis technology today, perfectly combining metallographic microscopy and intelligent analysis technology. The measurement and rating results are fast and accurate, in compliance with national standards and ASTM standards in the United States. The system interface is fully localized in Chinese, concise, clear, and easy to operate. After simple training or reference to the user manual, it can be operated freely.
The system includes the following functions:
Image editing software: more than ten functions including image acquisition, image storage, etc;
Image software: more than ten functions such as image enhancement and image overlay;
Image measurement software: dozens of measurement functions such as perimeter, area, and percentage content;
Output methods: data table output, histogram output, image printing output.
Specialized metallographic software package:
Grain size measurement rating (grain boundary extraction, grain boundary reconstruction, single-phase, two-phase, grain size measurement, rating);
Measurement and rating of non-metallic inclusions (including sulfides, oxides, silicates, etc.);
Measurement and rating of pearlite and ferrite content; Measurement and rating of graphite spheroidization rate of ductile iron;
