Background
In previous production welding, although robots were able to ensure that the welding gun was on the weld seam by equipping it with a laser weld seam tracking system. However, the quality of the welding process still requires the operator to adjust the welding parameters by observing the welding area, the melting position of the welding wire, and the state of the molten pool to ensure the consistency of the weld formation. But the welding environment is relatively harsh, accompanied by strong arc radiation and splashing, making it difficult for operators to concentrate on observing the state of the molten pool.
Product Introduction
A digital, high dynamic range welding camera allows operators to remotely and clearly observe enlarged images of the molten pool through a monitor. Through the images, the position of the welding wire, the state of the molten pool, and whether it is aligned can be determined, freeing the operator from harsh smoke and dust radiation environments, saving manpower, and improving welding quality.
