  Main component functions of medical pure water cooling system:
  Main circulating water pump:To provide circulating power for the entire main circuit, stainless steel water pumps are used, usually vertical and with a constant flow rate. The flow rate is determined based on the system's heat generation, and the head is determined based on the system's resistance.
  Electric three-way valve:Electric three-way valves can be of floating point or proportional integral type, depending on the required control accuracy. Their main function is to regulate the water flow through the heat exchange device to control the water temperature. Its default liquid direction is internal circulation mode. When the detected water supply temperature is ≥ 40 ℃ (adjustable), the three-way valve switches the liquid flow into the heat exchanger for cooling. By controlling the valve opening of the electric three-way valve, the flow ratio of the outdoor circuit and indoor bypass is adjusted to maintain the water supply temperature between 40 ℃~50 ℃ (specific temperature according to the requirements of Party A).
  Heat exchanger (heat exchange device):The homework is used to replace the heat absorbed by pure water through a heat exchanger to achieve the purpose of cooling pure water.
  Main filter electrical contact pressure differential gauge:Connected to the inlet and outlet of the main filter, monitoring the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main filter as a direct signal to determine whether the main filter is dirty or clogged.
  Main filter:The function is to filter particles present in the medium inside the pipeline, using a vertical mechanical filter. Generally, the effective filtration area is 3-4 times the cross-sectional area of the connected pipeline. The filtration accuracy is 200 μ m~300 μ m, and the mechanical filter uses a stainless steel filter element. The tank body is made of 316 stainless steel. (The wind power project adopts a Y-shaped filter with a filtration progress of 300 μ m)
  Main waterway conductivity transmitter:Real time monitoring system for cooling water quality. When the conductivity of the cooling water is ≥ 0.3uS/cm (adjustable), it can be fed back to the upper computer through PLC feedback when the conductivity is too high.
  Return pressure transmitter:1. Real time monitoring of system return pressure status; 2. Low pressure alarm function, return pressure?? ≤Pbar≤?? (Adjustable);
  Supply pressure transmitter:1. Real time monitoring of system supply pressure status; 2. High pressure alarm function, supply pressure value ≤?? Bar (adjustable).

Temperature alarm function, when the inlet water temperature value is ≤ 5 ℃ (adjustable), it serves as a feedback signal point for low inlet water temperature in the system, starting electric heating, and stopping electric heating when the water temperature is ≥ 7 ℃; 3. When the inlet water temperature value is ≥ 48 ℃ (adjustable), it can be used as a feedback signal point when the system inlet water temperature is too high4.   Main circuit flowmeter:1. It can monitor the flow rate of the main circulation loop in real time and serve as a feedback signal point when the system water flow rate is low. Vortex flowmeter can be used.
  Electric heating (degassing tank):The electric heating tank and the degassing tank share the same tank body. The function of electric heating is to start the heater when the coolant temperature is below ≤ 5 ℃ (adjustable); When the coolant temperature exceeds ≥ 7 ℃ (adjustable), the heater stops working. The degassing tank is installed in the main circulating cooling water circuit, and an automatic exhaust valve is installed on the top of the tank to remove gas from the cooling water.
 Nitrogen tank:“The function is to maintain the gas pressure inside the stabilizing tank, and the nitrogen seal isolates the cooling medium from the air, which plays an important role in stabilizing the conductivity and dissolved oxygen of the cooling medium in the pipeline. The top of the buffer tank is filled with high-purity nitrogen gas at a stable pressure. When the cooling medium is lost due to a small amount of leakage or electrolysis, the nitrogen gas automatically expands and presses the cooling medium into the circulation pipeline system to maintain a constant pressure and fill the pipeline with cooling medium.
  Nitrogen pressure regulator:The function is to regulate gas pressure, automatic low-pressure pressure gauge, high-pressure pressure gauge, safety valve electric contact pressure gauge: to monitor the pressure inside the nitrogen cylinder, which can be connected to the high-pressure gauge position in the nitrogen pressure reducer.
  Gas one-way flow control valve:Used to regulate the flow rate of nitrogen gas.
  Micro solenoid valve:Plays the role of an automatic switch. Control the opening and closing of solenoid valves through variable frequency control of other pressures in the expansion tank.
  Safety valve:The safety protection function automatically opens the exhaust when the pressure inside the expansion tank exceeds the set value of the safety valve.
  Manual exhaust valve:Adjust the pressure inside the stabilizing tank during debugging.
  Buffer tank:The function of the buffer tank is to replenish some liquid to the main pipeline and stabilize the pressure through an external nitrogen tank. Configure a visual liquid level gauge, installed on the outside of the buffer tank, which can display the liquid level in the buffer tank; Set up water replenishment level and water shut-off level switches. When the liquid level reaches the replenishment level, an alarm signal will be issued to prompt the operator to manually start the replenishment pump to replenish water to the buffer tank.
  Expansion tank:The expansion tank plays a role in stabilizing the system voltage, and when designed with reservations, it can also supplement some liquid to the main circuit. Install a pressure expansion tank on the main circuit, with EPDM rubber airbags inside the tube. The airbags are filled with nitrogen gas at an appropriate pressure. When the cooling medium is lost due to a small amount of leakage or electrolysis, the airbags automatically compress and press the cooling medium into the circulation pipeline system to maintain a constant pressure in the pipeline and fill the cooling medium; At the same time, it can buffer system shocks. (The choice between using buffer filling or expansion tank depends on user control requirements)
  Drain valve:For the convenience of system drainage, the system is equipped with drainage ports at the supply and return interface positions of the cabinet. The drainage ports are equipped with ball valves and M22 * 1.5/24 degree internal cone (DIN3861) threaded joints; The ball valve is normally closed. When the system needs to drain, connect the hose to the outside of the cabinet and open the ball valve to drain the system. And connect the DN10 drain hose.
  Solenoid valve:Used to control the on/off of the deionization circuit. Control the opening and closing of the solenoid valve through feedback information from the conductivity transmitter in the main circuit.
  Float (tube type) flowmeter:Display the flow rate of the deionization circuit, and the maximum flow rate of the deionization water pipeline is 1.2m ³/h.
  Ion exchanger:The anions and cations of the salts contained in the water are exchanged by the resin through this exchanger, resulting in highly pure water.
  Precision filter:A precision filter is installed at the outlet of the ion exchanger to intercept resin particles that may break and flow out. Using mechanical filters, the effective filtering area is generally 3-4 times the cross-sectional area of the connected pipeline. Filtering accuracy of 10 μ m, vertical mechanical filter, using stainless steel filter element, and tank body made of 316 stainless steel.
  Conductivity transmitter:Real time monitoring of the quality of cooling water in the deionization pipeline. When the conductivity of the cooling water is ≥ 0.2uS/cm (adjustable), it can be used as a signal to replace the deionization exchanger.
 Nitrogen stabilization system:“A nitrogen stabilization system is connected in series on the water treatment circuit, consisting of a buffer tank, solenoid valve, nitrogen cylinder, and water replenishment system. The top of the buffer tank is filled with high-purity nitrogen gas at a stable pressure. When the cooling medium is lost due to a small amount of leakage or electrolysis, the nitrogen gas automatically expands and presses the cooling medium into the circulation pipeline system to maintain a constant pressure and fill the pipeline with cooling medium. The buffer tank can buffer the volume change of cooling water caused by temperature changes.
Nitrogen sealing isolates the cooling medium from air and plays an important role in stabilizing the conductivity and dissolved oxygen of the cooling medium in the pipeline.
  Water replenishment tank/box:The water replenishment tank is equipped with a visual liquid level gauge or a liquid level switch, installed on the outside of the water replenishment tank, which can display the liquid level in the tank. When the liquid level is low, the operator replenishes the water replenishment tank to keep it full. The supplementary water tank adopts a sealed form to maintain the stability of the supplementary water quality.
  Liquid level switch:Used to monitor the liquid level in the water replenishment tank, it can be equipped with a low water level alarm function. (Note that installing a visual liquid level gauge may consider not installing a liquid level switch)
  Water replenishment pump:The head of the replenishment pump should at least meet the sum of the system static pressure and the water resistance of the replenishment water circuit. When replenishing water, the system should be filled within 1 hour.
