Description of mechanical synchronous flange separator:

The maximum separation force is 2 × 8 tons.

The single machine weighs only 3kg and has a total length of only 185mm.

The flange clearance is only 6mm and can be operated at various angles.

Each stage has a separation capacity of 20mm, with a maximum separation capacity of 60mm.

When opened, the separation plate is tightly attached to the flange and will not expand excessively. When closed, it is manually returned to its original position.

Each set of separators contains two working heads that separate flanges at symmetrical positions.

Equipped with flat cushion blocks, it can be used as a thin jack.

Comes with a lightweight toolbox for easy storage and portability.
