1 Measurement section:

(1) The basic system of a thermal expansion instrument is available in two types: vertical and horizontal structures, with integrated measurement amplifiers and inductive displacement sensor alloy measuring heads, vacuum sealed structure, constant temperature water bath protection sensing base, and adjustable measuring head position; High precision adjustment of contact pressure; Measurement range: 5000 μ m; resolving power: 0.1μm; Contact pressure of measuring head: 15 … 45cN ; Adjustable range of sample length: 25mm-50mm ; The sample size and temperature range depend on the selected sample holder, furnace, and protective tube; Diameter 5-10mm

Sample supports include quartz, corundum (AL2O3), graphite, etc

(2) High temperature tubular furnace with heater, S-type control thermocouple and fan, temperature range for use:

-There are various specifications to choose from, including 196 ℃ -200 ℃, -40-600 ℃, room temperature -1000 ℃, room temperature -16000 ℃, room temperature -1700 ℃, room temperature -2000 ℃, etc.

(3) High temperature tubular electric furnaces have protective tubes for gas flow with supporting flanges; A low-temperature liquid nitrogen tank with cooling is used to store samples and supports. The center of the inductive displacement meter is moved by the piston rod, generating a potential difference. The signal is amplified by an amplifier and sent to a data acquisition device for processing and analysis by a computer.

(4) Furnace power supply 2.0kVA, with casing;

(5) The sample length of the bracket device is 0... 50mm, with a maximum sample diameter of 10mm, including a sleeve, push rod, and sample thermocouple; (Divided into K, E, R, S, B, tungsten rhenium, etc. according to different temperatures)

(6) Gas outlet reverse pipe, equipped with corrosion-resistant steel valves and gas plugs, including supports;

(7) Constant temperature circulating water bath with cooling function, cooling power 260W (at 20 ℃) (heating power 2000W), temperature stability ± 0.01K, multifunctional display, equipped with 10 meter tube and connecting components, power supply 230V/50/50Hz.

2 Control, measurement, and data collection:

Thermal analysis system controller, used for data acquisition and temperature control, including the following functional blocks:

Dual analog input, resolution+/-2.000.000 bits; The input quantity is optically isolated; Pre amplifier with range switch;; Temperature programming can be performed for different types of temperature sensors; The linear heating/cooling rate can be adjusted from 0.01 to 999.99K/min, and the constant temperature period can vary from 0 to 99 hours and 59 minutes; Simulate PID temperature controller with STC function, room temperature compensation, and thermocouple; Disconnect protection; The temperature value and all functions can be displayed through software on an external computer; Connect the computer to PCI or USB 2.0.

3 Software system:

(1) A thermal analysis software package for data acquisition, storage, and analysis in a 32-bit environment under MS WINDOWS XP. Features: graphical user interface, integrated detailed help system;

(2) A PCI board that can connect to USB ports and comes with a 2-meter cable.

4 Standard samples and vacuum devices:

(1) Fused silica standard sample, D6 × 25mm, with expansion coefficient table;

(2) Vacuum pumping system, two-stage vane rotor pump (4.2m3/h), ventilation valve, shut-off valve, mechanical pressure gauge, and oil mist separator;
