The test bench uses multi dispersed experimental aerosols (DEHS or NaCl) for quantitative dust generation. Under the action of clean air flow (negative pressure type), routine performance tests are conducted by sampling aerosol particles upstream and downstream of the tested filter material and measuring pressure difference points.
The test bench refers to advanced design concepts of similar international equipment (such as TSI's 8130 model in the United States), but is also suitable for the testing status of related industries in China. The independently developed program software runs stably and reliably, and is easy to operate. A concise operating interface with clear and easy to understand operating parameters. Different dust sources (DEHS and NaCl) can be easily switched, suitable for testing various air filter materials (meltblown, fiberglass, PP, film filter materials, etc.), medical masks, and some personal protective equipment.
