Adopting a set style pillow shoulder, fully vacuum heat treated to a hardness of HRC 60-62 degrees, ensuring its excellent wear resistance and long-term stability.

We use high-quality neodymium iron boron magnets and ferrite magnetic blocks to ensure the super strong suction force of the magnetic roller body, so that the blade will not shift on the surface of the roller.

Using imported anti-static and high-temperature resistant adhesives, strict temperature control is implemented to enhance the anti ionization function while curing. Under high-speed operation, no spatial electric field is generated, ensuring that semiconductors are not struck during electronic die-cutting.

Combined with five level precision hardened gears, the tooth surface is quenched and finely ground, resulting in good noise reduction effect;
