A certain motor manufacturer requires a fully automated equipment to process the bar material into the motor core shaft during the manufacturing process. Ruiyi Intelligence has tailored an integrated system for it using Efte industrial robots in conjunction with automatic machine tools, automatic loading machines, and unloading conveyor lines.

In this integrated system, there are two core axis machining machines, one fully automatic feeding machine, and one automatic unloading conveyor line.
In this project, the Efte industrial robot, in conjunction with the tooling fixtures independently designed by Ruiyi Intelligence, can be compatible with more than 8 specifications of bar materials and process a wider range of core shafts.
After the workers place the bar material on the feeding machine, the line body transports the bar material to the robot's grasping position. Through two sets of cylinder structures for positioning, the bar material is stably fixed in one place and information is exchanged with the robot; Robot No.1 gripper grabs the bar material and sends it to the first machine tool for processing, while returning to the material collection area to retrieve the second bar material; After the processing of the bar material in the first machine tool is completed, the robot's second gripper takes it out and places the bar material in the first gripper into the first machine tool; Subsequently, the robot places the processed bar material into the second machine tool for processing. In the subsequent logic, a cycle will be formed where raw materials are grabbed at the feeding machine, materials are collected and discharged from the first machine tool, materials are collected and discharged from the second machine tool, and finished products are placed in the discharge conveyor line and flow out.
