MPP power conduit, also known as MPP cable conduit or MPP power cable protection conduit.
The main raw material is PP powder (modified polypropylene).
Connection method: Use a welding machine to perform hot welding and butt joint. The fusion point should be around 200 degrees Celsius and not exceed 220 degrees Celsius. When the temperature reaches the desired level, the two ends can be joined together. (Due to the connection method of MPP pipes being hot melt welding, poor welding joints may damage the cable or possibly flatten it, so MPP power pipes must be made of brand new materials)

Product length: Generally 6 meters per piece. If the customer quantity is large, in order to reduce costs (shipping and welding fees, it can be made into 6-13 meters per piece).
Product features:
1. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and external pressure resistance, and is suitable for cable conduit pipes of high-voltage transmission lines above 10kV.
2. Non excavation MPP pipes (modified polypropylene pipes) are widely used in urban power cables, building water supply and drainage laying, and other fields.
3. MPP pipes do not require excavation construction, and the pipes are welded with flexible joints through hot melt welding. The welded joints have high strength and can be dragged with excessive length and high traction force.
4. Good toughness, with excellent resistance to ground settlement and seismic performance. Commonly used pipes are divided into ordinary and reinforced types. The regular type is suitable for excavation and laying construction, as well as non excavation crossing construction with a burial depth of less than 4m, while the reinforced type is suitable for non excavation crossing construction with a burial depth greater than 4m.
