The MN2 peristaltic pump is another masterpiece of Jieheng Company in 2015, and the Jieheng team has ten years of experience in developing peristaltic pumps;
Using industrial design concepts and 3D modeling, the finished product is digitally verified to ensure high precision;
The disassembly and replacement of pump heads and pump pipes are completely tool free, saving time, effort, and convenient operation;
Adopting enhanced functional plastics with excellent corrosion resistance
The wheel is made of imported high-performance plastic processed by high-precision CNC, with a low pulse design of 3 rollers;
The pump head can adapt to a hose wall thickness of 1.6mm, and the inner diameter of the pipe can reach 4.8mm. The pump head comes with a pagoda joint;
■ It can be equipped with DC ordinary reduction motor, DC planetary reduction motor (quantitative), and stepper motor (optional driver, variable flow). The stepper motor can meet the requirements of long-life and low-noise operation of the motor;
The pump cover is available in multiple colors (transparent natural color, sky blue, orange yellow, brown, red, and will be shipped randomly without any requirements)
Selection Statement:
For brushed DC reduction motors, please use them with clearance. For those with no requirements for flow accuracy and strict cost control, please choose ordinary DC reduction motors or DC planetary reduction motors. For those with accurate flow control and high requirements for motor life, it is recommended to choose stepper motors.
Please run at low speed (within 150r) for continuous long-term operation.
