The MMU-10G screen display high temperature friction and wear testing machine is used in the form of sliding friction to evaluate the performance of engineering plastics, powder metallurgy, alloy bearings, etc. under specified test conditions. It can be tested at room temperature~600 ℃ (can be customized to 800 ℃) under various conditions such as oil-free lubrication and immersion lubrication, as well as changing parameters such as load, speed, time, friction partner material, surface roughness, hardness, etc. Can be used to measure material temperature rise, friction coefficient, etc. This machine is an electromechanical hydraulic integrated precision testing instrument, which uses a plunger pump or imported gear pump as the power source. The overflow valve, throttle valve, and directional valve are all original from Taiwan. The hydraulic cylinder adopts a frictionless plunger cylinder to ensure accurate value transmission. The spindle motor uses Panasonic AC servo motor and controller, with a wide speed range, high low-speed torque, and low noise. The measurement parameters include test force, friction force, test time, and spindle speed. When any parameter exceeds the preset value, the corresponding alarm light will turn on and the spindle will stop rotating. All experimental parameters can be displayed on digital display devices and computer screens, recording temperature time curves and friction time curves.
